Introduction
The Alia basic embed code will help Alia run on your site.
We understand there are times when manually adding the embed code will be necessary. This is helpful whenever there are subdomains, headless sites, or if we do not have a built in integration or app available on your platform.
Installing the embed code
1. If you use Shopify for any purpose (i.e., headless) then install the Alia app directly from the Shopify App Store. If not, contact us on live chat in the bottom right to get access to a development store and get started.
2. To get the embed code, head to the embed code section under Settings > CTAs.
3. The embed code will be at the bottom of the page and look like this:
4. Copy and paste the embed code onto your website.
5. Any changes made through the Alia dashboard in Shopify will then be reflected directly onto your site, just as if you had built your website/store natively on top of Shopify.
