Before switching to Alia, Fishwife used Shopify’s native popup tool. While it captured some signups, it lacked the sophistication the team needed to scale efficiently.
It was difficult and very manual to A/B test variations to improve conversion rates, and we didn’t have a solution for timing a second pop-up to increase opt-in rates.
The team also lacked the bandwidth to rapidly test new designs, resulting in slow optimization cycles.
