Does Alia show to existing subscribers?

Alia is designed to prevent popups from showing to existing subscribers as much as technically possible. It primarily targets new visitors who have not previously signed up through your email or SMS forms, while skipping users identified through UTM parameters or cookies from your marketing platforms.
